La Figa
Description and features
La Figa is not just any wine; it is a direct journey to the soul of a unique plot. Planted in 1930, this vineyard at 600 meters above sea level combines limestone rock soils with a dry Mediterranean climate that challenges it and makes it unique. Each vine tells stories of almost a century, adapting and growing with the land.
Its production respects the essence of the place: maceration and fermentation of 7 to 14 days that allow the grape to express itself as it is, without rushing or unnecessary interventions. Afterwards, the wine rests in demijohns and barrels for 24 months, allowing all the character of the vineyard to come to life in the bottle.
But what really makes La Figa special is not just its history or its method, but its rarity: a production limited to just 300 bottles. Each one is a testament to the connection between the vineyard and the respect for the terroir.
