Gris Granit is a wine that comes from vineyards planted between 1988 and 1998, on granitic sand soils and under the warm embrace of the dry Mediterranean climate. Grown at 370 metres above sea level, this wine reflects the essence of Montsant in every sip, combining freshness and tension with a fluidity that is captivating.

Made with care, Gris Granit undergoes maceration and fermentation for between 5 and 12 days, followed by a 16-month ageing in polyethylene eggs. This process gives it a pure and direct expression, allowing its authentic character to shine without interference.

On the nose, it stands out for its notes of ripe red fruit, spices and a delicate balsamic touch. Upon further exploration, memories of vermouth, citrus nuances and the herbs of the Mediterranean forest emerge: rosemary, thyme and other wild essences. On the palate, it is light, straight and vibrant, with a tension that keeps it alive, evoking flowers, aromatic herbs and the freshness of citrus.

Gris Granit is more than a wine, it is a sincere interpretation of the terroir, with a production limited to 1,500 bottles that guarantee a unique experience close to its origin.
