Germinal is a wine that reflects the purest essence of Montsant. Made from grapes grown on granitic sand soils under a dry Mediterranean climate, this wine speaks of the balance between tradition and modernity. Its vineyards, planted around 1995 at an altitude of 370 metres, are nourished by a privileged environment that provides freshness and minerality.

The process of making Germinal is simple and respectful. After direct pressing, the must ferments in polyethylene eggs, where it also ages for 18 months. This method allows the wine to retain its purity and maintain a clean and vibrant expression, faithful to its origin.

On the palate, Germinal is fresh, light and elegant, with a texture that reflects the mineral character of the sablón. Each sip connects you with its origin, with a production limited to 1,500 bottles that make each glass a unique and authentic experience.
